In many cases our pumps are in operation „around-the-clock“. Now unexpected malfunctioning  outside the „usual office hours“ could  cause the operator considerable problems and expenses. For this purpose, support and - if required - immediate service on-site should be provided in emergency situations at any time. That is the challenge we want to meet.

Due to our hotline-telephone number, we support you in case of such emergencies outside our office hours. Our well-trained service technicians usually are able to solve the problem immediately by a precise failure analysis on the phone. Thus, a complex and expensive service may be avoided. However, should repair works be necessary, we are in a position to react at a moment's notice. With our well-equipped company cars we are at your disposal and guarantee you our competent support.

was  developed in order to standardise the safety requirements for external companies providing technical services on the premises of companies of the petroleum industry or chemical industry. Meanwhile the SCC is established on a cross-sectoral basis as an internationally accepted standard of the security-, health-, and environmental management.
